Ingredients
4 Tbls - Olive Oil
1 - Onion, Chopped
2 Tbls - Garlic, Minced
2 Lbs - Lean Ground Beef
1/4 C - Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp - Garlic Powder
2 Tsp - Beef Bouilion
12 oz - Busch Light
28 oz - Crushed Tomatoes
10 oz - Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1/4 C - Red Wine
2 Tbls - Chili Powder
2 Tlbs - Cumin
1 Tbls - Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp - Ground Chipolte Chili Powder
1 Tbls - Dried Basil
1/2 Tbls - Paprika
1 Tsp - Salt
1/2 Tsp - Oregano
12 oz - Frozen Corn
15.25 oz - Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
4 - Large Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed
Directions
Heat Large Skillet over Medium heat
Brown Ground Beef and break apart into little chunks
Once Browned, Add Worchestershire sauce, Garlic Powder, Bouilion, and Busch Light
Once start to simmer, remove from heat
While browning Beef, Use large stock pot and heat olive oil over medium heat
Add Onion and Garlic and cook till softened (5 Minutes)
Add Beef mixture to the onion mixture
Stir in Crushed tomatoes, Diced Tomatoes, Red Win, Chili Powder, Cumin, Brown Sugar, Chipolte Chili powder, Basil, Paprika, Salt, Oregano, and corn
Simmer for hour, Stir occationally
Add Black Beans and Potatoes
Simmer for 30 minutes or until Potatoes are done. Stir Occationally
Enjoy the funky Chili with some Sour Creme and Cheese or whatever floats your boat
