Ingredients
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbls Sugar
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tbls Celery Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tbls Cider Vinegar
1 Medium Cabbage Shredded
1 Large Carrot grated
Directions
Place Cabbage and Carrot in large bowl
In a small bowl mix mayo, sour cream, sugar, black pepper, celery salt garlic powder, onion powder, and cider vinegar.
Add liquid mixture to the cabbage bowl and mix well
Refigerate for at least 2 hours for best flavor
