Sheldon's Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
1 Tbls (2 C.) - Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp (2 Tbls 2 Tsp) - Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp (2 Tbls 2 Tsp) - Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp (2 Tbls 2 Tsp) - Red Pepper Flake (I don't use)
1/4 Tsp (2 Tbls 2 Tsp) - Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp (5 Tbls 1 Tsp) - Paprika
1 1/2 Tsp (1 C.) - Ground Cumin
1 Tsp (2/3 C.) - Salt
1 Tsp (2/3 C.) - Pepper
Directions
This recipe is Salty. If you don't like a salty taco seasoning. Reduce the salt a bit
The (value) is the volume in which I make it. That is 32x the recipe. I recommend making it in at least an 8x.
Use 2.5 Tbls per 1 lb of ground meat
Mix all the ingredients and store in air tight container
Brown your protien and drain fat if you want
add water to cover meat and add 2.5 Tbls / lb
Boil till liquid is cooked off
I also sprinkle this on my Quesdillas, eggs, sour cream for chip dip, Nachos, everything!
