Mix all the Ingredients in a quart size zip top bag and Shake the crap out of it trying to crush the brown sugar bits
Rub your pork with this rub and let it sit overnight to take in the yumminess.
This should be enough for about a 8 lb pork shoulder

I smoke my butts at 185 degrees for about 10-12 hours till the butt hits 150 degrees. Then I wrap in foil and add apple juice and worcestershire sauce in the bottom. Turn smoker up to 235 and smoke to 197. Rest for 2 hours. Takes about 18 hours in total.
