Eastern NC BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper (Omit for mild)
1/2 Tbsp Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper (Omit for mild)
1 Tbsp Texas Pete (or your favorite hot sauce)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bottle with tight fitting lid. I use a mason jar
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 days before using so the flavors meld.
Shake occasionally and can be stored for up to 2 months in the refridgerator.

I use 1 Tbls of Chipolte Chili Powder instead of 1/2 chipolte and 1/2 cayenne
