Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients
12 Oz - Processed Cheese Food (Velveeta), cut into 1/2" cubes
4 Oz - Gouda Cheese shredded or in cubes
1/2 C. - IPA Beer (I use Sweet Water :))
1/4 C. - Salsa (Walmart Cantina Salsa is the best!)
1 Tbls - Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp - Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp - Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp - Garlic Powder
1/8 Tsp - Chipolte Chili Powder
Directions
Melt Cheese in Slow cooker on High (20-45 minutes). Keep an eye out so you don't burn the edges
Stir in Beer, Salsa, Worcestershire sauce, add your seasonings
Heat through and mix until smooth stiring frequently
Serve with your favorite
pretzel
or shoe leather. Yum Yum
