  1. Add ingredients into a Zip top bad and mix (shake it up)
  2. Transfer to a air tight sprinkle container
  3. Apply liberally to Brisket and wrap in plastic wrap
  4. Refriderate overnight (minimum 4 hours)
  5. Smoke Brisket @ 225 till brisket is about 150 Degrees F internal
  6. Mix 1 Cup Apple Juice with 1 Tbls worcestershire
  7. Wrap Brisket with Foil and add Apple juice mix and smoke till 197 degrees F internal
  8. Remove Brisket from smoker and place in cold oven for at least 2 hours to rest
  9. Save Sauce and slice brisket across the grain and enjoy
