Beef Brisket Rub

Ingredients
1 Cup Coarse Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Coarse Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Paprika
2 Tbls + 2 Tsp Ground Chipolte Chili Powder
2 Tbls + 2 Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tbls + 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
2 Tbls + 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Add ingredients into a Zip top bad and mix (shake it up)
Transfer to a air tight sprinkle container
Apply liberally to Brisket and wrap in plastic wrap
Refriderate overnight (minimum 4 hours)
Smoke Brisket @ 225 till brisket is about 150 Degrees F internal
Mix 1 Cup Apple Juice with 1 Tbls worcestershire
Wrap Brisket with Foil and add Apple juice mix and smoke till 197 degrees F internal
Remove Brisket from smoker and place in cold oven for at least 2 hours to rest
Save Sauce and slice brisket across the grain and enjoy
