Alfredo Sauce 2

Ingredients
4 Tbls Butter
2 C. Whipping Cream
1 Tbls minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt Butter over medium heat
Add Garlic
Pour in cream and add salt and pepper
Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir frequently until sauce begins to thicken (3-5 minutes)
When the sauce sticks to the back of wooden spoon and stays when you run a finger through the sauce
Remove from heat and add cheese.
Stir until totally incorporated.

I now use no whole garlic. I use 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp cavender greek.
Pesto is 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cavenders

I used 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1/2 TSP of cavenders Greek seasoning, and 1/4 TSP of garlic powder.
It was awesome
