Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1.5 Lbs - Top Round Steak, Cut into Strips (I use whatever roast is on sale)
• Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder to Taste
• 1/2 - Onion, Chopped
• 10.75oz - Cream of mushroom soup
• 8 oz - Canned Mushrooms (I don't use)
• 1/2 C. - Red Wine
• 1 Tbls - Dried Chives
• 1 Clove - Garlic, Minced
• 1 Tbls - Worchestershire Sauce
• 1 Tsp - Beef Bouillion Granuals
• 1 Tbls - All Purpose Flour
• 1 Tbls - Corn Starch
• 8 oz - Sour Cream
• 1/2 C. - Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions

1. Place Beef in the botton of slow cooker (recommend a liner for easy clean up)
2. Season Beef with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
3. Add onion ontop of beef
4. Add Mushroom soup and mushrooms
5. Mix Red wine, Flour, Beef Bouillion and add to slow cooker
6. Add Chives, Garlic, and Worcestershire sauce
7. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
8. Remove some of the broth and mix the corn starch and add back to cooker
9. Add Cream Cheese and Sour cream
10. Cook for 1 more hour
11. I server over medium egg noodles. Wife Loves it
