Sheldon's Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

• 2 Tsp - Rubbed Sage
• 1 Tsp - Salt
• 1 Tsp - Black Pepper
• 1/4 Tsp - Dried Marjoram (use 1/2 Tsp oregano as sub)
• 1 Lb - Ground Turkey
• 1 Tbls - Brown Sugar (Optional and I don't use)
• 1/8 Tsp - Crushed Red Pepper (Optional and I don't use)

Directions

1. In a medium fry pan over medium heat, add ground turkey
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
3. Brown the turkey mixure and remove from heat
4. Use this on your pizza, gravy, or anything else you want to taste awesome!
