Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Heat Oil in a Sauce Pan over medium heat
  2. Add onions and cook till Translucent (~5 minutes)
  3. Stir in Garlic and cook just until fragrant (~1 minute)
  4. Stir in Cumin, Salt, Ginger, Cayenne, Cinnamon, Turmeric, fry until fragrant (~2 minutes)
  5. Stir Tomato Sauce into the onion/spice mixure and bring to a boil
  6. Reduce Heat and simmer sauce for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix in Heavy cream, Paprika, and Sugar. Bring back to a simmer and cook until thickened (~10-15 minutes)
  8. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  9. Stir in chicken and sprinkle with Curry Powder and Garam Marsala.
  10. Sear Chicken until lightly browned and still pink inside (~3 minutes)
  11. Add sauce to the pan and simmer chicken until no longer pink in the middle.
  12. Serve over Jasmine Rice and a vegi. Sooooo Gooood.
