Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
1 Cup - low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 Cup - Water
1/2 Cup - Honey
1/2 Tsp - Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp - Ground Ginger
2.5 Lbs - Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Tbls - Vegetable Oil
1 Tbls - Minced Garlic (I don't use)
Directions
Over medium heat in a small sauce pan, warm the Soy Sauce, Honey, Water, Garlic Powder, and ground ginger until fully dissolved
Remove from heat and set aside
Heat oil in a large fry pan over Med-high heat
Add Chicken Thighs and sprinkle minced garlic over the top
Fry chicken on each side until brown crust forms (about 4 minutes a side)
Add sauce mixure and cook flipping chicken every couple minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens a bit (about 5-10 minutes)
Remove Chicken and cut into 1/2 inch strips
Move sauce from pan into serving dish
Serve Chicken over rice and drissle sauce over the top
