Teriyaki Chicken

Directions

  1. Over medium heat in a small sauce pan, warm the Soy Sauce, Honey, Water, Garlic Powder, and ground ginger until fully dissolved
  2. Remove from heat and set aside
  3. Heat oil in a large fry pan over Med-high heat
  4. Add Chicken Thighs and sprinkle minced garlic over the top
  5. Fry chicken on each side until brown crust forms (about 4 minutes a side)
  6. Add sauce mixure and cook flipping chicken every couple minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens a bit (about 5-10 minutes)
  7. Remove Chicken and cut into 1/2 inch strips
  8. Move sauce from pan into serving dish
  9. Serve Chicken over rice and drissle sauce over the top
