Simple Sauteed Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
4 - Chicken Breast Halves, Large (I used the Body building chickens from walmart)
2 Tsp - Salt (optional, I think its salty enough with soy sauce)
2 Tsp - Black Pepper (I don't use, damn kids)
2 Tbls - Flour (up to 4 Tbls if you want the sauce thicker)
2 Tsp - Red Pepper Flake (Optional)
2 Tsp - Garlic Powder
1 Tsp - Onion Powder
6 Tbls - Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 C - Sesame Oil
4 Tsp - Honey
2 Tbls - Olive Oil
Directions
Cut Chicken Breast into Bite size pieces
Put chicken in large bowl
Season chicken with Garlic Powder and Onion Powder (Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper flake if you use them)
Add enough flour to coat the chicken. Somewhere between 2-4 Tbls. I usually use 2 or 3
Mix everything till well coated and even
Add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Honey
Stir to coat evenly
Add olive oil to pan and heat to medium high
Dump contents of bowl into pan
Saute until chicken is done about 10-15 minutes
Should have a nice semi thick sauce on the chicken
Serve with Sheldon's Seasoned Rice -
