  1. Rinse and cook 2 scoops of rice in your rice cooker
  2. The sauce is doubled because we like sauce. If you want sticky glaze, 1/2 the sauce ingredients
  3. In a medium bowl, mix Honey, Soy Sauce, Hoisin, and Red Pepper Flake
  4. In a large bowl, add chicken and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and mix till equally distributed
  5. Add Cornstarch till chicken is coated with cornstarch
  6. When Rice is almost done, heat oil over med-high heat in a large skillet
  7. Add Chicken when oil is hot and brown the outsides of the chicken. About 2 minutes per side. Chicken will not be done
  8. Add Honey sauce and simmer till chicken is 165 degrees internal and the sauce has thickened to your liking
  9. We add the rice to the pan and coat all rice with the sauce in the pan. You can either do this or serve the chicken and sauce over rice
