4 Cloves of Garlic finely minced (I use pre-minced, 2 large spoonfulls)
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Water
Directions
Preheat Oven to 475
Place the Chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish and add water to the dish. This is just to keep the chicken from burning before all the fat and oil come down to create the yummy goodness
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl
Brush the mixture over the chicken to spread out the garlic and seasonings
Bake the chicken until no longer pink in the middle (165 degrees F.). Usually takes around 50-60 minutes.
