Ingredients
8 - Chicken Drumsticks (about 2 lbs)
2 Tbls - Olive Oil
1 Tsp - Salt
1/2 Tsp - Black Pepper
1 Tsp - Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbls - Paprika
1/4 Tsp - Chili Powder
1 Tsp - Onion Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with oil
Remove Drumsticks from packaging and pat dry
Add the drumsticks to a 1 gallon zip top bag
Add olive oil to zip top bag and close.
Mix up the drumsticks in the bag to evenly coat them with olive oil
Open Bag and add the seasonings
Close bag and mix to even coat the seasonings
Open bag and remove the drumsticks and arrange in coated baking dish
Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until all drumsticks are 170 degrees F in thickest part of meat
Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes
