Basic Crepes

Ingredients
1 C. - All Purpose Flour
2 - Eggs
1/2 C. - Milk
1/2 C. - Water
1/4 Tsp - Salt
2 Tbls - Butter, Melted
1/2 Tsp - Vanilla
1 Tbls - Sugar
Directions
Using your blender, blend all ingredients together
Rest batter in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the bubbles out.
Heat pan over Medium-High
Brush pan with oil or melted butter and pour about 1/4-1/3 cup of batter into pan
Tilt the pan to spread the batter all over pan in thin layer
Cook Crepe for about 2 minutes on each side or until light brown.
