Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

• 2 C. - All Purpose Flour
• 1/4 C. - Sugar
• 1 Tbls - Baking Powder
• 1 Tsp - Cinnamon
• 1/2 Tsp - Salt
• 2 - Eggs
• 1 1/2 C. - Milk
• 1/4 C. - Butter, Melted
• 1/2 C. - Pumpkin Puree
• 1 Tsp - Vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat Waffle Iron
2. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnnamon, and salt
3. In separate bowl beat eggs till they getting lighter
4. Mix in the milk, butter, vanilla and pumpkin with the eggs
5. Add dry ingredients into wet and mix until just combined
6. Coat waffle iron with lube
7. Cook batter according to waffle iron
