Jo's Rosemary Bread
This a great bread for olive oil dip, Paninis, and making bread chips.
Ingredients
1 C. - Warm Water
3/4 Tbls - Yeast
3 Tbls - Olive Oil
1/2 Tbls - Sugar
1/2 Tbls - Salt
1/4 Tsp - Italian Seasoning
1/4 Tsp - Black Pepper
1 Tbls - Dried, Crushed Rosemary
2 1/2 - 3 1/2 C. - Flour
Directions (Stand Mixer)
Add warm water, sugar, and yeast to mixing bowl
Mix until yeast is disolved and let it get foamy on top (5 minutes)
Add the rest of ingredients (Start with 2 1/2 C. Flour) to the bowl and use bread hook to mix
Add flour as needed to get the dough to pull away from the sides
Kneed the dough with dough hook for about 5 minutes
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
Use dough hook and kneed for another few minutes
When mixing is complete, Add the dough to loaf pan and press to level
Allow time to rise till about doubled (60-90 min)
Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on top
Cool on rack and eat!
