  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F
  2. Grease 2 large loaf pans
  3. In a large bowl, Mix together Pumpkin Puree, Eggs, Butter, Apple Sauce, Vegetable Oil, Water, Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla
  4. In separate bowl, mix together Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Ginger, Pumpkin Pie Spice
  5. Add dry ingredience to wet and mix until just incorporated
  6. Pour 1/2 of mixture in each loaf pan
  7. Bake around an hour (my oven takes about 65 minutes) until a toothpick comes clean out of center or internal temp of 205 Degrees F (I love my instant read Thermometer)

I don't use Oil anymore, I use 3/4c Applesauce.
