Carmel Popcorn

Ingredients

·        1 C. Butter

·        2 C. Packed Brown Sugar

·        ½ C. White Karo Syrup

·        ½ Tsp. Salt

·        1 Tsp. Vanilla

·        ½ Tsp. Baking Soda

·        6 Quarts of Popcorn

Directions

1.   Place Popcorn in two 9” X 13” pans

2.   Bring Butter, Brown Sugar, Karo Syrup, Salt to boil

3.   Simmer unstirred for 5 minutes

4.   Remove from heat and add Vanilla and Baking Soda

5.   Stir Quickly and while foamy pour over popcorn

6.   Toss with spatula till popcorn is coated

7.   Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour

8.   Mix popcorn carefully every 15 minutes

9.   Cool on Aluminum foil

10.               Break apart and enjoy
