Ingredients

2 C. All-purpose Flour
·
¼ C. Sugar
·
1 Tbls. Baking Powder
·
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
·
½ Tsp. Salt
·
2 Eggs
·
1 ½ C. Milk
·
4 Tbls. Butter, Melted
·
½ C. Canned Pumpkin
Directions
1. Preheat Waffle Iron
2. In a Bowl, Mix Flour,
sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
3. In separate bowl. Wisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and pumpkin.
4. Pour Wet ingredients
over dry ingredients.
5. Stir just till
combined
6. Coat Waffle iron with
cooking spray
7. Pour Batter onto
center of iron. Use ¼ - ¾ C. depending
on size of Iron
8. Cook until crispy and
Lightly Browned (about 4-5 minutes).
